Repair Risks
At A One Wireless, we take every precaution to ensure successful repairs. However, electronic repairs are inherently unpredictable. Your device may be beyond repair or could sustain permanent damage during service. Circuit board components naturally deteriorate over time and may fail without warning—especially in devices exposed to liquid, where corrosion, oxidation, and rust can develop.
For devices with glued-on screens (such as iPads), the screen must be carefully pried open to access internal components. While our technicians are highly skilled, glass is fragile, and there is always a small risk of cracking during the process. Additionally, Touch ID or Face ID functions on Apple devices can occasionally fail during repair depending on the condition of the device.
Estimates
We strive to provide accurate and transparent estimates. However, some issues are only identifiable after diagnostic or partial repair work. Estimates may be adjusted based on findings during the repair process. If this occurs, we will notify you before continuing.
No additional work will begin without your approval. The initial estimate remains valid for the original scope of service, but we may advise that the service is no longer needed or will not resolve the issue.
Limited Shop Warranty
All repairs at A One Wireless come with a 30-day limited warranty.
If the same issue recurs within 30 days, we will perform the service again at no additional charge.
Parts used in your repair are also covered for 30 days.
This warranty covers only the specific issue repaired and does not extend to unrelated problems that arise after service.
Warranty Exclusions
The following are not covered under the A One Wireless Limited Warranty:
Any service using customer-supplied parts.
Software-related issues (e.g., viruses, OS installation, app errors).
New or unrelated issues appearing after the repair.
Any modification or repair by another party within the 30-day period.
Physical, liquid, electrical, or accidental damage after repair.
Use of non-original or uncertified charging accessories.
If your device is physically tampered with or damaged after service, your warranty becomes void.
This includes cracked screens, dents, internal damage, or attempts to open or modify the device.
Please note: Certain repairs may void your manufacturer’s warranty. By using our services, you agree that A One Wireless is not responsible for any manufacturer warranty being voided.
Warranty Repairs
If your device fails within 30 days for the same issue, we will re-service it at no charge.
If the issue is unrelated, we will contact you with an updated repair quote before proceeding.
Refunds are only issued if the issue cannot be fixed after a warranty attempt, minus any diagnostic or repair attempt fees.
For mail-in repairs, customers are responsible for shipping the device to us; we cover return shipping if the warranty applies.
Estimate & Repair Time
We aim for fast turnaround times—most repairs are completed within 1–48 hours.
However, certain factors such as part availability or complexity can affect repair time.
Service times listed on our website or marketing materials are estimates, not guarantees.
Replacement Parts Policy
If your repair requires parts, we will contact you before ordering to discuss costs and arrival times.
Shipping times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
If you prefer to keep your device until parts arrive, a 50% non-refundable deposit for the part cost is required.
We generally do not use customer-supplied parts, as we cannot verify their quality or compatibility.
If you provide your own part, you agree that A One Wireless offers no warranty or liability for damage or defects related to that part.
Repair Attempt Fee
For complex services such as motherboard repairs, data recovery, or devices previously worked on, a repair attempt fee may apply if the repair is unsuccessful.
This fee ranges from $40–$100, depending on the device type and time spent diagnosing.
Shipping Policy
We follow the shipping instructions you provide on your mail-in form.
If you do not request insurance, A One Wireless is not liable for any shipping damages.
Devices shipped in non-original packaging are more vulnerable to damage, and we will return them in similar packaging at your own risk.
If you provide your own shipping label, ensure that it includes insurance coverage if desired.
Data Protection
While we take every possible precaution to safeguard your data, A One Wireless cannot guarantee data security during service.
We strongly recommend backing up all important files before bringing or mailing in your device.
If we believe data loss is possible, we will inform you and offer a backup option at an additional cost.
We are not responsible for any data loss resulting from the repair process.
Device Pickup & Storage
We can hold devices for up to 30 days after notifying you that your repair is complete.
After 30 days with no response, your device will be considered abandoned.
We reserve the right to sell or recycle abandoned devices to recover parts and labor costs.
If you make arrangements to pick up after 30 days, a $40 monthly storage fee will apply.
